Every Baller Dream Begins With a Referral
We rely on the expertise of our partnering children’s hospitals, child life specialists, social workers, and oncology nurses to identify cancer warriors who are in need of a special lift. Ensuring the safety of these children and young adults is fundamental to the mission of Baller Dream.
Baller Dream Foundation also considers referrals from other members of the medical community, other nonprofit organizations, and friends or family members with knowledge of the child or young adult’s diagnosis.
Who is eligible?
Baller Dream Foundation is cancer-specific. Cancer patients ages 29 and under are eligible to be gifted. We accept and consider all eligible referrals, even if you have already been gifted by another organization! Complete our referral form below.

Baller Dream is rapidly growing. We operate in 6 states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Nevada, New Jersey, and New York.
