The Baller Dream Foundation aims to support individuals and families like yours through a variety of ways. We are different because we take a customized approach to help you when and where you need it most. To apply for our programs, please click here.
Interested in becoming a Baller?
To be eligible for support from the Baller Dream Foundation applicants must:
- Have a cancer diagnosis
- Be between the ages of 0 and 29 years old
- Currently reside in one of our operating states (Alabama, Arizona, California, Nevada, New Jersey, New York)
- Have a completed refer a baller form from their care team
